North Lenoir trounces ECC softball foe Kinston

North Lenoir trounced Eastern Carolina 2-A foe Kinston 16-0 in three innings Thursday evening.
Blythe Greene led the Hawks' offense with a double and a triple. Kelsie Stocks (2-2) and Nicole Robinson (1-2) each added two RBI. Allison Montague added two hits and an RBI and Kailey Howard rounded out the offense with a hit.
Robinson earned the pitching win.
North Lenoir (11-2 overall, 4-2 ECC) entertains Greene Central on April 29.
