Princeton boys upend James Kenan

PRINCETON -- Despite its struggles at the free throw line and inability to protect the basketball, Princeton upended James Kenan, 56-54, in a Carolina 1-A Conference game.
The Dogs missed 17 free throws committed 19 turnovers.
"We somehow still won the ballgame," PHS head coach Jeff Davis said.
Tanner Woodard emerged as Princeton's top scorer with 15 points. Alex Whitley chipped in 10. Colby Norris, Michael Wooten and Joe Hines contributed nine points apiece.
TJ Fullwood led the Tigers with 10 points.
Princeton heads to Neuse Charter on Tuesday.
