* Boys' basketball: New Bern 51, C.B. Aycock 31 -- Brandon Cowan scored 12 points for the Golden Falcons. Damien Darden supplied seven points.
* Boys' basketball: South Central 39, Eastern Wayne 37 -- Marte Simbily score 14 points for Eastern Wayne. Jeremiah Miller had 10.
