Cougars earn ECC 2A sweep of Greene Central

SNOW HILL -- Goldsboro collected 28 kills as a team and defeated Greene Central 25-21, 26-24, 25-22 on Wednesday night.
Becca Pittard led the Cougars with 11 kills and three blocks. Alexus Davis tallied eight kills. Matti Rose Lyon finished with 15 assists.
Goldsboro (4-11 overall, 2-3 ECC) visits South Lenoir on Tuesday.
