Rosewood linksters take 3-team meet at Cardinal CC

SELMA -- Lindsey Burton earned medalist honors with a nine-hole round of 40 as Rosewood won a three-team meet at Cardinal Country Club on Thursday afternoon.
The Eagles compiled a team score of 143 and finished ahead of North Johnston's total of 162. Princeton was third with 177.
Rosewood's Madison Overby carded her lowest score of the season at 56. The Eagles return to action Tuesday at Northgreen Country Club in Rocky Mount.
