Lakewood girls handle North Duplin

CALYPSO -- North Duplin opened its season with a 66-13, non-conference loss to Lakewood on Tuesday evening.
Shaily McCarty led the Rebels with seven points. Belle Scritchfield and Deja Aycock each had three points.
North Duplin (0-1 overall) visits Hobbton on Friday.
