Rosewood cruises past A-G in volleyball

Rosewood opened Carolina 1-A Conference play with a 25-18, 25-18, 25-12 win over Ayden-Grifton on Tuesday evening.
Anna Ingram led the Eagles with three assists, two kills, a service ace and a block. Crystal Allen and Samantha Allen both supplied two kills. Emily Brock had two assists and Lexi Mercer added two aces.
Rosewood (8-3 overall, 1-0 CC) plays host to Goldsboro on Thursday.
