Wayne Christian tennis defeats CFCA

Wayne Christian remained unbeaten with a 6-3 win over Carolina Christian 1-A Conference foe Cape Fear Christian at Herman Park on Tuesday afternoon.
Brooke Barfield, Taylor Willman, Elizabeth Sutton and Carla Benton each recorded a singles victory for the Eagles. The doubles teams of Barfield-Taylor Willman and Sutton-Ally Willman also won.
Wayne Christian (2-0 overall, 2-0 CCC) faces Wayne Country Day on Friday at Wayne Community College.
