Southern Wayne nets ECC road win

FOUR OAKS -- Southern Wayne picked up a 7-2 win at Eastern Carolina 3-A Conference foe South Johnston on Tuesday afternoon.
Mollieanne Kennedy, Hope Rose, Claire Kennedy and Cierra Moody each collected a singles win for the Saints. The doubles teams of Taylor Davis-Mollianne Kennedy/Rose-Claire Kennedy and Moody-Alli Barrow also prevailed.
Southern Wayne (3-4 overall, 1-2 ECC) visits North Lenoir on Thursday.
