GAFFNEY, S.C. -- Alex Rivero matched his career high with 18 kills for the second consecutive match, but it wasn't enough to prevent Mount Olive from suffering its second straight five-set loss -- a 21-25, 25-21, 17-25, 25-18, 15-10 setback to Limestone College in their Conference Carolinas men's volleyball match Saturday afternoon.
Adam Miracle notched a double-double for the Trojans with 11 kills and 11 digs.
Trojan setter Quaid Martin recorded a season-high 43 assists, while Rivero served both Trojan aces. Defensively, Ben Rasado had a team-high 12 digs and Nunns led the Trojans with six blocks.
Mount Olive returns to action Thursday at Barton.
