WYATT DILLAN-JAMES O'DELL

Wyatt Dillan-James O'Dell, 14, Grantham community, passed away Sunday.
He was the son of Edna Mae Denning and Russell O'Dell.
Wyatt was a rising eighth-grader at Grantham Middle School. He played the clarinet in the school band and soccer at Mount Olive First Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Funeral will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jeff Dail and the Rev. George Futrell officiating. Committal will follow in Denning Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7 to 9 p.m.
In addition to his parents, Wyatt is survived by his brothers, William O'Dell of Pelham, Ga., Garrett Allen O'Dell of Grantham and Joseph Dail of Grantham; a sister, Jennie Capps Kornegay; maternal grandfather, Robert Denning Sr.; and paternal grandmother, Shirley Frye.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Julia Price Denning, and paternal grandfather, Russell Edward O'Dell Sr.
