Gregory Ray Forrester, 51, passed away peacefully Thursday, July 12, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
He was the son of Hal and Skip Forrester.
A service to celebrate Greg's life will be held Sunday, July 15, at 3 p.m. in the sanctuary of New Hope United Methodist Church, with pastor Steve Wellman officiating.
The family will greet friends Sunday immediately following the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given to New Hope United Methodist Church, 200 E. New Hope Road, Goldsboro, N.C., 27534, or Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, N.C., 27534.
