Charles Calvin Sparks Jr., 66, Rosewood, died Saturday at home.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory. Interment with full military honors will be at Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery.
He was born in New York Dec. 22, 1951, to the late Charles Calvin Sr. and Gladys Conard Sparks. He was married to Diane L. Sparks.
He is survived by four daughters.
Visitation will be noon to 12:45 p.m. Wednesday.
