Helen Izora "Boo Boo" Murphy-Kittrell, 108 Simmons St., LaGrange, 93, died Sunday at Wayne UNC Health Care.
Funeral will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Rouse’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church of LaGrange, with Dr. Carrie M. Carter officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Memorial Park Cemetery of LaGrange.
She was born in Craven County April 17, 1925, to the late Zeno Murphy and Ada Greene-Murphy.
Visitation will be 3 to 7 tonight in Britt Funeral Home Memorial Chapel of LaGrange, with the family present 6 to 7. Friday, the family will assemble at 11:45 a.m. at her home for the funeral procession.
