Donald Ray Watts, 70, 413 Whitfield Drive, died Saturday at home.
Funeral will be Friday at noon inJ.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. Burial will be at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery with military honors.
He was born in Monroe to Jerry and Alice Black Watts. He was married to Susanne Eckert Watts.
Visitation will be Friday from 11 a.m. to noon at the funeral home.
