Tracy Lynn Raper, 52, Kenly, died Wednesday at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.
Funeral will be Sunday at 3 p.m. at the home of her sister, Diane.
She was born June 30, 1965, in Wilson County to the late Elwood and Joyce Sullivan Raper.
Visitation will follow the service at the home.
