Betty Spearman Best, 72, wife of Horace Best, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018, at Wayne UNC Health Care.
A service to celebrate Betty's life will be held on Thursday, April 19, at 6 p.m. at Saulston United Methodist Church with Clay Parker presiding. The family will greet friends following the service in the fellowship hall. A private interment for the family will be held in Willow Dale Cemetery.
