JoAnne Young, 64, of 224 Herbert St., died Friday at her residence.
She was born Saturday, Oct. 30, 1953, in Wayne County of James F. and Josephine Faison Young.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at noon at New Generation Church.
Precious memories are treasured by her children Korey Young and Kelly Young of Greensboro and Cardissia Young of Atlanta; her sister and brother, Mildred (Moni) Young Cunningham (Samuel) of Atlanta, and Victor (Bubba) Young Sr. (Lisa) of Goldsboro; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. At other times, the family will receive friends at the residence where they will assemble in preparation for the funeral procession.
Arrangements are by the Haskins Funeral Home.
