WILLIAM R. "BILL" MONTAGUE JR.

William Rand "Bill" Montague Jr., 64, passed away Tuesday evening at Kitty Askins Hospice Center surrounded by his family.
He was born in Wayne County to the late Jane Turnage and William Rand Montague Sr.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 22, 2018, at 7 p.m. at Providence United Methodist Church.
The family will be receiving friends immediately following the service in the church parlor.
Mr. Montague is survived by his wife of 41 years, Kristie Buckner Montague; his son, Adam Montague and girlfriend, Tyler Barwick; his daughter Sarah Montague Dixon and husband, Matthew; and his sister, Susan Montague Dianis and husband, Paul.
He also leaves behind three grandchildren, Taylor, Kate and Noah Dixon.
