Eugene Brown, 82, died Sunday at SECU Hospice House in Smithfield.
Memorial service with military honors will be Wednesday in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home at 7 p.m., with the Rev. David Sutphin officiating.
He was born Aug. 12, 1935, in Harnett County to the late Elisha Bradley and Irene Stewart Brown. He was married to the late Iris Hill Brown.
He is survived by a son and two daughters.
Visitation will be an hour prior to the service.
