Johnny Woodrow Heath Jr., 39, Kinston, died Saturday.
Memorial service will be Saturday at 6 p.m. at Briary Run Church.
He was born March 22, 1978, in Lenoir County to the late Johnny Woodrow Heath and Bertha Mae Jarman Heath.
He is survived by four children
Visitation will follow the service.
Arrangements are by Rouse Funeral Home of LaGrange.
