Cleo Alphonza Henry, 58, 279 Tar Heel Estate Lane, Warsaw, died Tuesday at Vidant Medical Center of Greenville.
Funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at St. Peter's AME Church of Warsaw. Burial will be at Martin Cemetery of Warsaw with military honors.
He was born Nov. 14, 1959, in Sampson County to Joe Lee and Martha Bullock Henry. He was married to Sharon Henry of the home.
He is survived by his children.
Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 6 p.m., with the family present 5 to 6, at J. Bernardo Rhodes Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations of Warsaw.
