Earl Jackson Aycock Jr., 75, passed away Monday, Nov. 21, 2017, at his home.
Mr. Aycock was born March 21, 1942, to the late Earl Jackson Aycock Sr. and Cora Lee Worley Aycock.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Taner Poythress, and brother, Glenn Aycock.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017, at Casey Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Andy Stovall officiating. A private burial service will take place at Aycock Family Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Angela May Corino Aycock; daughters, Kelly Pittman (Gene) of New Bern, Adrienne Bizzell (David) of Raleigh, Jennifer Wilkins (Mike) of Princeton and Valerie Michelle Aycock of Kenly; seven grandchildren, Jackson Chase, Ashley, Christopher, Anderson, David, Bryce and Emma; and nephews, Walter Aycock of Clayton and Paul Aycock of Wilmington.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017, at Casey Funeral Home chapel.
Although flowers are welcome, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Fragile X Foundation, www.fraxa.org.
