Opal Ginn Smith, 89, died Sunday at Brian Center Health and Rehabilitation.
Graveside service is Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
She was born in Wilson County on April 18, 1928, to the late Charlie and Effie McKeel Ginn. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell R. Smith.
She is survived by a daughter.
The family will receive friends following the service.
