Teresa Lynn Newsome, 42, Snow Hill, passed away suddenly Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2017.
Teresa was born in Wayne County June 12, 1975, to Dale Lancaster Hall of Fayetteville and the late David Randall Newsome.
She will be remembered by many for her love of life and its varied possibilities.
She spent many hours on Facebook sharing her love to others, and she also had a great love for her animals, often sacrificing her own needs so that they could live better.
Above all, she loved spending time with her family and friends, especially Josh and her precious grandson. She will be missed.
A service to celebrate Teresa's life will be held Sunday, Nov. 12, 2017, at 5 p.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with the Rev. Glenn Smith officiating.
The family will greet friends following the service at the funeral home and other times at the home of her daughter.
In addition to her mother, Teresa is survived by her fiancé, Joshua Michael Ryan; children, Dolly DeeAnn Newsome, David Nicholas Blow and Ryan Dale Sauls; grandson, Chandler Randall Terrell; sister, Mandi Vanderpool; grandmothers, Julia Alma Newsome and Geraldine Lancaster; and her second mother, Dolly Faye Bass.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a memorial gift be given to Seymour Funeral Home to assist with the cost of Teresa's memorial service.
