In addition to his parents, Moose is survived by his wife, Beverly Smith Grady; children, Lucas Ryan, Tanner and Brittney; and stepgrandchildren, Macy, Ashton and Audrey Davis.

He was preceded in death by his stepdaughter, Ashley Wall; and his grandparents, Berry Swift and Hattie Grady and William and Sylvia Wallace.
