Patricia McCombs Wells, 88, died Saturday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Thursday at First Baptist Church at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Glenn Phillips officiating. Burial will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
She was born in Wheeling, W.Va., to the late Edward M. and Alice McCombs.
She is survived by her husband, Albert L. Wells; a son; and a daughter.
Visitation will be an hour prior to the service at the church.
Arrangements are by Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.
