A service to reflect upon the life of Gene B. Mercer will be Saturday, Oct. 21, at 2 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home in Mount Olive.
Mr. Mercer, 74, passed away Sept. 21.
He was a longtime Mount Olive resident, and had been a mathematics instructor at Mount Olive College prior to his founding of Southern Furniture and Interiors in Mount Olive, which later became known as TBE Inc.
