William Henry Armstrong, 89, 421 Wayne Ave., died Saturday.
Funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Greater St. John Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park North.
He was born Sept. 1, 1928, in Duplin County to the late Odell Sykes Pearsall and Roosevelt Armstrong.
He is survived by four children.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Haskins Funeral Home. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home, where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
