Mr. Joseph Wallace Hardy Sr., 74, LaGrange, N.C., departed this life Thursday, June 29, 2017, at Wayne Memorial Hospital of Goldsboro, N.C.
A celebration of life service will be held Monday, July 3, 2017, 1 p.m. at Mount Zion Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1289 Parkstown Road, LaGrange, N.C. Elder Calvin Watkins will officiate/eulogist. Interment Old Mill Cemetery of Goldsboro, N.C., with Masonic rites.
Two public viewings will be held Sunday, July 2, 2017, from 1 to 4 p.m. at The Bishop Lonnie E. Holloway Sr. Memorial Chapel at the funeral home and at Greenleaf Christian Church, 2110 N. William St., Goldsboro, N.C., where Masonic rites will be given, from 6 to 7 p.m.
Mr. Hardy is survived by his children, sister and special friend.
