Annie Tokie Woodard, 78, 905A Poplar St., died Thursday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Wayne Memorial Park.
She was born in Greene County May 7, 1939, to Willie and Thelma Harris Woodard.
She is survived by five children.
Visitation will be Monday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
