Corey Arnandus Artis, 43, died Thursday morning, Jan. 5, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
He was born in Wayne County on June 7, 1973, to Curtis Eugene Artis Sr. and Carolyn Mozingo Artis. He is survived by his mother.
Funeral will be Wednesday at noon at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations, with burial at the Resthaven at Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Dudley. Viewing will be Wednesday, from 11 a.m. until noon at the funeral home.
