Justice Raymond "Tom" Leggett, 87, of Kenly, died Saturday afternoon at Wilson Medical Center.
Tom was born in Johnston County on Dec. 9, 1928, to the late Raymond Gray and Mildred Yelverton Leggett.
Funeral will be held today at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Kenly Funeral Service with the Rev. Aubrey Williamson officiating. Interment will take place Tuesday, at 2 p.m. in the Kenly Cemetery.
Tom is survived by his wife, Jean Woodard Leggett, three sons and one daughter.
Visitation will follow the service at Kenly Funeral Home and other times at his home.
