Allen Franklin Gaines, 70, 100 Johnson Court, Apt. D, Mount Olive, died Friday in Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Payne Temple AMEZ Church.
He was born April 8, 1946, in Wayne County to Mary Alphin and Harris Gaines.
He is survived by his wife, Annie Gaines, and seven children.
Visitation Thursday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the church. At other times, the family will receive friends at the home, where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
Arrangements are by Haskins Funeral Home.
