Mrs. Evelyn Adams Lewis, 1009 Berry St., died Friday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Evelyn was born Feb. 21, 1946, to Harvey Evans Adams and Alice Gray Warren Adams, and was married to Robert Lewis.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2016, at White Oak Disciples of Christ Church in Newton Grove, N.C., at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Newton Grove, N.C.
The family will assemble at the residence at 9:30 a.m. in preparation for the funeral procession.
Hamilton Funeral Chapel is serving the family.
