Jimmy D. Williams, 69, Greensboro, N.C., peacefully passed away July 11, 2016.
He was born in Bentonville, N.C., to the late James W. and Grace P. Williams.
Preceded in death by his wife, Betsy R. Williams, and brother, Jack L. Williams.
Survived by daughter, Melissa W. Turner; beloved granddaughter, Graylen R. Turner; niece, Hillary Beamon; and nephew, Jason Williams.
A graduate of Brogden High 1965 and East Carolina University 1972, he was a born salesman, served in the National Guard and served as exalted ruler of Elks Lodge No. 602 in 2005.
