Dorothy Brown Fields died Thursday.
Funeral will be today at 11 a.m. in Wilkerson Funeral chapel. Interment will be 2:30 p.m. at Montlawn Memorial Park in Raleigh.
Born May 12, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Rudolph Brown and Kizzie Braswell Brown. She was married to the late John Chesbro Fields.
She is survived by two sons.
Visitation will be an hour prior to the service and following the service.
