Grey Baggett Shackleford, 76, Wilson, died July 13, 2016.
Funeral Saturday 10 a.m. Fremont United Methodist Church, followed by visitation.
Grey was a retired teacher having taught at Pikeville, Charles B. Aycock and Fremont.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert Silas and Leora Simmons Baggett, and brother-in-law, Paul D. Holland.
She is survived by her sons, Jeff Shackleford (Nancy) of Wilson and Jim Shackleford of Fremont; grandchildren, Taylor, Kathryn, Jay and Abbie Shackleford; sister, Jean Holland of Kenly; nephew, Joey Holland (Janie) of Kenly; niece, Paula Wooten (Mike) of Princeton; and caretakers, Glenda Price and Linda Terry of Kenly.
