William Walter "Carnell" Raynor Jr., 71, 925 Seaboard St., died Thursday at home.
Funeral will be today at 11 a.m. in J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations. Burial will be at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.
He was born in Wayne County to Ruth Blue Raynor and the late Leonard Hinnant.
He is survived by a daughter.
