Patricia Ann (Jurczak) Lorencz, 69, Pikeville, passed away Sunday at Wayne UNC Healthcare surrounded by her family.
Patricia was born March 5, 1947, in Saginaw County, Mich., to the late John Jurczak and Anna Nemeth Jurczak.
A service to celebrate Patricia's life will be Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Seymour Funeral Home, with deacon Webster James officiating. Burial will follow in Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Richard Allan Lorencz; daughter, Victoria Furgeson and husband, Dana, of Goldsboro; son, Richard A. Lorencz Jr. and wife, Toni, of Phoenix, Ariz.; and sisters, Helen Hornak of Bay City, Mich., and Lillian Jurczak of Michigan.
She is also survived by her grandchildren, Caitlyn and Jordan Furgeson, Casey Lorencz, Madison and Montana Lorencz and Erin and Nic Bradley.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 11454, Alexandria, Va., 22312.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home
