Richard Allen Williams, 56, died Wednesday at Rex Hospital in Raleigh.
Funeral will be Monday at noon at New Spirit Church Ministries. Burial will be at Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 21, 1959, in Wayne County to Ray Williams Sr. and Catherine Hines Williams.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 tonight at Shackle Free Church Outreach Ministries.
Arrangements are by J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations Inc.
