Carolyn Joe Brantham Rhodes, 60, Pikeville, died Thursday at home.
Memorial service will be at Casey Funeral Home chapel Saturday at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Ronnie Massey and the Rev. Donnie Massey officiating.
She was born Nov. 4, 1955, to the late Joseph Edward Brantham and Corressie Lee Thompson Brantham.
She is survived by two sons.
Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at Casey Funeral Home chapel.
