Keith Carmichael Lewis, 59, died Sunday, Feb. 28, 2016, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center of Goldsboro.
Funeral will be Saturday at noon at Greenleaf Christian Church, 2110 N. William St. Burial will be at Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born Feb. 21, 1957, in Wayne County to John Oscar Lewis and Johnnie Braswell Lewis.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 7 p.m., with the family present 6 to 7, in J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home.
