Leo Calvin Taswell, 79, of Tommy’s Road passed away Sunday, Feb. 28, 2016 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Goldsboro. Burial will follow at Old Mill Cemetery.
Mr. Taswell was born in Miami, Fla., on Feb. 29, 1936, to the late Willie Frank Taswell Sr. and Catherine Evans Taswell and was the husband of the late Mary Eulin Taswell.
He is survived by two sons.
A viewing will be held Tuesday from 4 until 7 p.m. with the family present from 6 until 7 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
