He was born Sept. 8, 1973, in Wayne County to Carolyn Russell-Wooten and Russell Smith.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 2 to 3 p.m. in J.B. Rhodes Jr. Memorial Chapel at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
