Kevin Joseph Finn, 60, Goldsboro, went to be with Jesus Monday, Feb. 15, 2016, peacefully at home surrounded by family.

Kevin was born in New York in 1955 to the late James and Betty Finn.

He is survived by a daughter, Kayla Finn of Columbia, S.C., and his life partner, wife, was Terri Carr (Finn).

He worked for decades as a general manager for a car rental business, and later enjoyed building golf carts in Myrtle Beach.

He was caregiver to his father-in-law, Bill Carr.

Kevin unselfishly gave his time to helping others. He was liked and admired by anyone who knew him.

Kevin was a member of Stevens Chapel Baptist Church.

Kevin is survived, also, by his siblings, brother, James Finn of Florida and his wife, Becky, and sisters, Jan Antidormi and Karen Karins (Jack) Husband all of New York, also, Donna Muntean, a sister, and her husband, John, of Nevada.

Kevin is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a stepson, Michael Boulia of Morehead City; a stepdaughter, Erin Harrington, husband, Jon, of Tennessee; and stepgrandchildren, Lily, Bella and Corbin.

A memorial service will be held at Stevens Chapel Baptist Church Saturday, Feb. 27, 2016, at 11 a.m. with pastor Vernon Braswell officiating. The church is located at 2850 Stevens Chapel Road, Smithfield, N.C., 27577.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be given to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kan., 66675.
