Maxine T. Peacock, 63, 118 Shine Road, Faison, died Monday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Moses Chapel Disciple Church of Christ, with elder Kendall Clark officiating. Burial will be in Cobbs Cemetery.
Born in Baltimore, Md., she was the daughter of the late Vinnie Tann, and wife of Charlie Peacock.
Five children survive.
Visitation will be Saturday from 3 to 7 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home chapel, with the family present 6 to 7. At other times, the family will be at the home.
