Christoper Lamont “Slow Motion” Jones, 56, 704 Poplar St. died Thursday at home.
Funeral will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at St. Delight United Holy Church. Burial with military honors will be in Old Mill Cemetery.
He was born Dec. 29, 1959, in Wayne County to Henry and Lucille Lewis Jones. He was married to Muriel Cooper Jones.
He is survived by three children.
Visitation Monday from 5 to 6 p.m., with family present 5 to 6 p.m., at the funeral home. At other times, the family will receive friends at 721 Bain St., where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
