Julius Robert "Bobby" Parnell, Kenly, died Saturday at home.
Funeral will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Kenly Funeral Home, with pastor Aubrey Williamson officiating. Interment will be in Kenly Cemetery.
He was born in Johnston County Feb. 12, 1932, to the late Joseph and Martha Flowers Parnell. He was married to Peggy Simmons Parnell.
He is survived by a son.
Visitation will be Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Kenly Funeral Home and other times at his home.
