Wengel T. Mitchell, 54, Baltimore, Md., died Sept. 14 at Gettysburg Hospital in Gettysburg, Pa.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday at St. John AME Zion Church. Interment will be in Mitchell Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home and an hour prior to the service at the church. The family will receive friends at the home of Billy Knockett, 9707 N.C. 55 West, Dover.
